They might not see snow in Berkshire this Christmas, but one stunning property in Sandhurst will feature in its own festive scene no matter what.
The artist behind @snowwindows has recreated the exterior of the renovated house in all its ‘snowy glory’ in the three giant AluK 58BW windows which frame the first floor landing.
The property started life as a bungalow but, over the past 18 months, has been transformed into a two-storey home, with the journey from small to spectacular being documented on Instagram (@tardis_bungalow_renovation).
The owners chose AluK windows and doors for the whole project with 58BW windows throughout, a 58BD entrance door and BSF70 bifold doors at the rear, all fabricated by Midori Aluminium. The homeowners liked the quality, durability, and weather performance of the AluK products and the slim sightlines which matched the contemporary styling.
Sam Keshwala, director of Midori Aluminium said: ‘’The homeowners were looking for windows and doors that had a sleek and modern finish for their newly renovated home, which were also durable and strong. We recommended the AluK 58BW in the Flush system and the BSF70, to ensure the windows and bi-folds we supplied helped achieve a contemporary finish.‘’
All the windows and doors are in our most popular anthracite grey finish - which offsets the snowy artwork perfectly – and all were fitted by installer KDesign and Build.
