Bolton based fabricator Astra Windows has showcased AluK products in these two stunning, contemporary new builds in Romiley, Stockport.

The 5-bedroom, 3 bathroom homes, currently on sale at £1.25m each, are flooded with natural light thanks to the SL52 curtain walling which spans two storeys at the rear.

They also feature a mix of casement and picture windows in our 58BW HI window system and BSF70 bifolds opening out onto balconies and terraces.

All the frames have been finished in black inside and out and black internal cills and black skirting and architraves fitted throughout the ground floor add to the impact.

Astra Windows fabricated and installed all the frames, working closely with the developers HAR Property Services, who had been impressed with the quality and service from Astra on previous projects.

The homes feature timber sub frames and Astra fitted the glazing after the brickwork course had been installed to ensure a precision finish, with particularly impressive interface detailing. Because the homes are close to a main road, Astra recommended acoustic glass throughout.
