AluK doesn’t make or install windows and doors – that’s not our role in the supply chain. We’re the systems company that designs and manufactures the thermally insulated aluminium profiles that make up the frames for the window and doors fitted in your home. Our range includes everything from our hugely popular 58BW window system to our brand new IconiK bifold.

We supply our profiles to a network of carefully selected, fabrication partners across the UK, and they use these to craft bespoke, made-to-measure products.

While some of our fabricators will also install as well, most of the time the final stage in the supply chain is carried out by specialist local installation companies, who ensure a personal and professional service to buyers and homeowners across the whole of the UK.

AluK is independent from our network of fabricators and installers, but we work hard to build strong relationships with every company that supplies and fits our products; and we give them as much technical and marketing support as they need to support their customers.

You should be able to get all the information you need on choosing, ordering or maintaining your windows and doors direct from your installer, but we are always available to help answer any specific queries you might have

Do you offer installation services directly?	AluK supplies the aluminium profile systems used to manufacture windows and doors, but we do not provide installation services directly. How do I identify the model of my existing AluK doors/windows?	Because of the way that windows and doors are manufactured, AluK systems are not always clearly labelled with a model name. In many cases, you might only find our logo on the hardware or profile (if space allows). If you are trying to identify an existing system, the best approach is to check for any visible markings and compare system characteristics such as frame depth, sightlines, and hardware type on the product pages of the website.
